Close to Ponferrada (province of Leon, Spain) is a very little village, Compludo
One kilometer from Compludo is blacksmith's workshop built in VII century. This smithy takes the power from a little channel beside a river, four or five meters above of it.
The water moves a very big wheel that moves hummer for forging iron. There is a very special device in this workshop: the falling water gives the power to an sophisticated Venturi air pump.
